Just watching the Colbert report, and some guy I never saw before Richard A. Clarke is talking a book he wrote called Breakpoint. Anyways, this guy is 'a former U.S. government official who specialized in intelligence, cyber security and counter-terrorism' [wikipedia] and just retired in 03 from a senior position.

The interesting part is he was talking about speculating the future, and that China could be potentially training hacker gurus to capable of straight out fucking with any type of US networks; electricity, isp's, stock market, traffic systems, everything, in the event of a full scale war. yikes.

I'd bet/hope we are too. Then again, who needs hackers when you can just dump some EMF bombs on their country?

I'd guess that initiating any type of organized hacking strike against the US would be far more than what we'd need to declare WWIII. It would ruin the country completely.
