you cant just blame one person for it, congress has as much power as the president does, and the congress was run by who? the republicans, so i dont think kerry would have had much success when everyone else is on the other team. why do you think democrats have more control now, the public wants to be able to put bush in check more, but that isnt going to work the damage has already been done. we are talking about people who make a living filling people full of shit to improve thier own economic status, you say bush is going to go down as the worst president ever, why is he not being impeeched?

If you have to ask, Kerry did state his plan AND a bipartisan commision echoed it (The Iraq Study group). It was even posted on his website. You wouldn't know that if you only watched Fox news though and bought that flip-flopping bullshit.
