it was wrong of him to execute all those kerds for attempted murder and its wrong for him to be murdered, no matter how disturbed he is. plus prison will fuck him up more, and be a better political solution in iraq, at least at the moment.
its like its okay to kill as long as you have a justification. all governments murder for some reason, and so did hussein. thats like people trying to say that bush deserves to be hung. this isnt about situation ethics this is about grand morality/ethics. i can not get behind capitol punishment, only arresting their actions because judgement of morality is too complicated for the ultimate price.
