Previously Deported DUI Driver Kills Motorcyclist

Police said the driver of a Ford Explorer, Julio Villasana, 33, was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide, drunk driving, and leaving the scene of an accident.


The wreck happened just before 9:00 Tuesday night. Police said the Villasana was driving the wrong direction when he ran into Charles Derrington riding on his motorcycle head on.

The wreck threw Derrington off of his motorcycle and into the median. Derrington later died at Vanderbilt. Villasana jumped out of his truck and tried to run away. Other witnesses tried to stop him, but police officers were finally able to arrest him.

Reports showed that Villasana has been deported from the United State before, and there is no record of permission for him to be here.

Police also tell us the man was driving on a suspended Kentucky license.

Once they're caught a second time (should be first) coming back illegally, they actually make them do the jail time or sentence. In order to be deported the first time he had to have committed a Felony offense. So, his being caught again itself is a Felony, not to mention the new charges. Sucks someone had to die for his first slap on the hand, but hey there's a lot of people who would argue, "It's the American Way".

Like Jai said, he will serve the jail time this time. Felony immigration, vehicular homicide plus the charge that he got deported for in the first place.

So what youre saying is that we only deport fuckheads that have commited felonies?

Fuck if I commit a misdemeanor in Mexico Im going to jail for a loooooong time.

This is one of the cases that fuels my rage for us building a fucking fence along that border that entails the use of landmines, barbed or razor wire and sniper rifles.

I swear to christ.........(no I dont believe in god) that if someone said theyd sponsor my ass Id be at the border with the minute men.

I have no problem with upstanding citizens coming to this country and trying to be american.

Perhaps if we didnt have so many fucking illegals, we could make it easier on the good ones trying to do it the right way.
