It's over the limit, regardless of how many drinks he has had after that. He brought about character assassination from the media when he shouted racial slurs. If he had kept his mouth shut, it would been treated like any other celebrity DUI. Remove the word "Jew" and replace it with any other racial slur and he would have received the same amount of attention, just from a different group of people.
