Default conversation at mcdonalds

so today during work, i go to wal-mart which was my last stop of the day (i work for coke). in wal-mart we have a mcdonalds so i stopped for a quick bite to eat. in the table next to me there are four elderly people, i'm guessing over 80 for each. none of them had food, all had coffee. it was 2:00pm and 90 out but whatever. anyways, the conversation they were having was pretty interesting. one of the guys said that he wanted to build his house underground, with fake trees and a yard and everything. why? because the soviets were gonna get us any day now. and the other three agreed with him!

Remember, when they were young.........the cold war was no joke. There are plenty of people that made millions building NUKE shelters.

The sad thing is that the media is so skewed now they probably believe all life is just about over.

You a merchandiser for coke or a sales guy?

Nuke shelters aren't a bad idea if you live in America, but I think it would probably easier and cheaper to move to some island in the pacific where you aren't going to be a target.

Hope your rich. Because most of those islands in the pacific have little to no economy. Plus a good many of them are sinking back into the Pacific.

The cold war shouldn't be a joke now. It's still going on, it never ended. The Soviet Union may have fell, but Communism is still going strong, and is taking slow viral-like hold here in the US. Communists just got a new name: "Democrats".

Don't pick on the poor guy for putting Coke in Wal-Mart, hybrid.

The lack of economy isn't really an issue with me, learn to homestead and live off the land. However the island sinking into the ocean is a valid concern, your best bet would be to choose an island sufficiently above sea level.
