The legislature of South Dakota passed a bill outlawing all abortions today. The governor has indicated he will sign it. No exceptions, either. Beat up and raped? Nope. Molested by uncle larry or daddy at 13? Nope, no abortion. Of course, this only affects poor people, as the rich kids will simply drive to colorado or minnesota for their abortions. Neoclown stupidity at it's finest. I thought their party stood for "less big government"? Fucking idiots.

I believe it would torture the child even more growing up with that than it would to put him down when hes a little "seed". At least thats my opinion.

This was just a plan setup by those pro-life fascists. This has been in the works since the new chief justice and Alito were appointed to the Supreme Court.
Now with those two to swing the vote the religious right sits back and waits for the obvious pro-choice legal challenge to take it to the Supreme Court all to have it upheld by the far right leaning court and extinguish these freedoms countrywide.
That will be a dark day.

No no no....that has always been legal...the new law in S.D. is you are allowed to marry your favorite Ewe. You aren't allowed to marry Rams though, none of that funny Brokeback Mountain crap.
The worst part is going to be the underground abortions. Even if they are illegal, there will people who will perform abortions for money. Most likely they won't have any medical training, and it won't be in a hospital or clinic.
