How we as a country EVER came to the conclusion that we could LEGISLATE whether a woman can or cannot have an abortion is beyond me.
When people who most likely have NEVER been in that situation and will never be at this point, are making these laws ... its frightening.
Let's see some congressMAN's daughter get knocked up by a fucking rapist... or the black boyfriend he doesnt like, and THEN find out what they think about it.
Fucking legislating morality.... why dont we just make it ILLEGAL NOT to have a bible in ur car every day.... or ILLEGAL NOT to attend church...

This problem is going to get worse. Its going to become a serious headache that we as people will have to rise against sooner than later.
Ive always believe that church and state were to remain seperate but its seems more than ever that the two are going to be combined.

this problem is going to get very bad, the town i live in has some of the highest rape rates in the country. nine months from now (and after), there are going to be a lot of unwanted babies born because some lawmakers DON'T THINK OF THE PEOPLE WHEN THEY MAKE THE LAWS! i agree with hanglow, its gonna take a congressman's daughter getting knocked up to change this. yes, morally abortion is wrong, but it can be beneficial to people who are raped or are not capable of properly raising a child. i hope for everyone else's sake this doesn't happen in your state, i'm embarassed that it happened in mine first.

You do realize that a congressman's daughter will be afforded the ability to travel to a foriegn country to have this "problem" solved.
Id suggest that you all in favor of choice sign up at the planned parenthood site and put your voice into it.
