To keep it in perspective, the people of New Orleans had/have exceptional amounts of their own resources in comparison to those stricken by the tsunami.
I'm sure George Bush cares a lot more about some southeastern Asians (in a few countries known to have many of his hated terrorist types) in another part of the world than New Orleans blacks, though.
