Jimmy, don't take chew away at any false sense of pride, the next layer of it involves more sophisticated aspects of identity.

I dont agree with the insurance and only pay it out of it being a federal requirement. I will not take advantage of a system I do not beleive in. And yes my car insurance I have bought my own windshields even though glass coverage is included in my Liability coverage. I will not pay for full coverage insurance on a car because unless it is financed it usually isnt worth it. I save my money put it in a bank and than pay cash, marvolous conecpt isnt it. As far as being sick I usually dont go to the doctor unless I have been sick over a month or get injured, Used that twice in my life. And renters insurance I made one claim which I only made $160 out of the $1100 value that was stolen, most likely by some little trustfund brat from Cali whose parents wouldn't buy him one.
and L2I since when should one be ashamed of not being in debt, and working for everything they own. I am sorry but my parents were poor, I didnt have every oppurtunity, I worked 40 hours a week from age 13 in the family business, plus played a varsity sport on top of that. By 16 had enough money to pay cash for my first car. I came home from college every weekend and helped my dad build a small rental house business from scratch and now has 16 rental units, enough to cover his retirement. I worked my way out of 20k in debt from student loans and college credit cards in under a year without claiming bankruptcy. Throught this I still had time for friends and games.
if making it on your own in the world is not something to be proud of than I do not know what is. Granted I do not know your situation but I imagine daddy is a lawyer paid for all your college you hate your parents, you can't have a successfull relationship with a female because you have too many issues with your mom. You have never struggled to eat in your life judging by the naked belly in your profile
You just hit a personal spot with that one. Fuck you for not knowing what the real world is like.

I'm judging by the lack of comment that I was right as well.

Somehow, I am not surprised that you would consider someone having pride in earing thier own way in life a false sense of pride. If more people were like that, bleeding heart liberals would have nobody to stand up for.

Sorry, you weren't right and that's not me in the pic, Skippy. Of course, none of that is to the point, because I'm not the one spouting off about welfare recipients bringing me down and basing my perceived status on it.

what is the point is that you told me that being proud of what I have earned is wrong
I can only assume that you think that because you have no sense of self respect or pride, and have never had to work for anything.
Plus all you do is log on once a month and start as much shit as possible; do you get pleasure in belittling people? Does that make you feel big and strong?

Speaking for myself...I originally had a comment typed and decided from experience that it was a waste of time. Your followup further confirmed that conclusion.
It is a rare thing to learn anything from those whom you hold yourself superior.

His pride was based on the false assumption that he's done something spectacular based on the perceived behavior of others that may not have similar oppurtunities that his narrow vision doesn't see.
The difference is liberals aren't standing on anybody, until those that are start crying about being victims of society from the bottom up get mouthy.

Im not sure who that is directed at because one of my hobbies is understanding and learning from people. Everyone has their own characteristics to give from society, never once have I not listened to the stories of a vietnam vet, or my grandparents, I dont care what I am doing.
Unfortunatly I still have yet to see what L2I has to teach that I can not learn in a consumer buyers guide for riders gear.

never said it was spectacular, it was life, it was what had to be done, all I did was get up and do it.
