Fah-Q - Uh, what? Where did I say it didn't exist? What I mean is that relative past figures on employment do not account for factors such as those who may be off of unemployment benefits because of expired time limits or those who never filed in the first place. So if they weren't accounted for in the beginning in unemployment rates, comparing those factors to current percentages would not be consistent. It's a relative decrease in the percentage, although as Fargin pointed out there are possible differences in an increasing and decreasing rate.
My apologies for the venom in my response to you-It was unwarranted.

Unfortunately I cannot recall where my information came from (Last year) so that kind of pulls the rug out from under my arguement although it is a fact that those who no longer qualify are not included in the figures.

Crime rate decreases rarely ever have anthing to do with gun ownership.

Studies have proven that in better economic times are when crime rates tend to drop.

Your connection of gun ownership to lowered crime rates is flawed, for when the gun ban went into effect during the mid 90's I could make the connection that the gun ban lowered the crime rate not the booming economy.

A little of topic but thats not stange in this forum but I grab this from their web site and all I have to say is WHOA, WHAT ARE THEY SMOKING?!! Last year I read an article on the Log Cabin Republicans in GQ and was quite simply confused.

This would be like me trying to join the Arayan Nation and then saying that they have done more for African Americans than the NAACP. Just wow

Log Cabin Republicans stand on the front lines of today’s most important battle for the civil rights of gay and lesbian Americans. We need to work together as a powerful voice for inclusion in the GOP.

Find figures that link this to the assault weapon ban, and maybe you'll start making sense.

Wow, I just linked the assault weapon ban to a decrease in Florida citrus crops! ( http://www.google.com/search?q=decrease+2005 )

Being a part of the GOP would give them some say into party agendas. I can see why they want this.

Yes, monkey I am 42. And I'm still not going to do your homework for you, monkey. You have already proven your ignorance, repeatedly. Go throw your feces somewhere else, little monkey.

Ok, this is starting to go down THAT PATH. In other words, please refrain from flaming.

Thanks,
