SV numero dos en el garaje!
My dad rode my SV, decided he liked it, and so he wanted his own.
We just got back from picking up his '03 SV1000S. Its got 8700 miles, twin two brothers carbon slipons, power commander, bar conversion, corbin seat, pads, braided lines, and a little windscreen lip.
The thing is pretty upright and barks power. Unfortunately, no ride yet. WAY too wet to be riding on an unfamiliar bike. Let alone a 1000cc vtwin. And did I say it was LOUD?

Dude, EVERYBODY has yoshis around here. I've had enough yoshis and I've never had any of them on any of my bikes.

That's cool. I will admit I like the sound of the M4's, too. At least your bike is covered.
I'm sure the 1000 is extremely comfortable, though. I missed the bar conversion and Corbin the first time I saw it.

Thanks mom!
And yes the 1000 is Very comfortable. As upright as my ninja 250 but with a much better seat.
Whats weird is I don't like the 1000 as much as I thought I would. I do a lot of around town riding and around town the 1000 just isnt happy. It doesn't like small throttle openings or fast clutch releases and so needless to say, I did a few unintentional wheelies.
Deceptively fast as piss. Likes to get up to like 95 under 5.5k without even breaking a sweat. It is just a bit heavy and slow steering for my preference. I can honestly say I like my SV650 more.

I LIKE those TBRs!
I'm stuck with an ugly, loud-ass D&D. It's so damn loud I upshift early just to shut it up.
