that is one ugle r1.

and 100 mph ain't that fast for a liter bike.

also 75 miles between recharges sound like it would worse for the environment than gas, electricity is expensive and it consumes something (coal, uranium, etc) to make it.

Cool idea, but I would stick to a gas powered R1.

Well remember, it's no longer a literbike.

If they can get the mileage up to somewhere more in the 150-200 range, I think it would sell very well. Besides, who cares if it can only do 100mph, isn't the speed limit 60-70mph in most places? I can't even remember the last time I actually went 100mph on the street anyways.

Also quite a bit of electricity is now produced with wind or water power, maybe not the majority, but a good portion for sure.

I think it's a cool concept, but they should have covered up the batteries with more plastic, so it's not so ugly.

Cool concept! Just needs a little refinement.
