i bought the same type of pucks from CycleGear since i go through pucks pretty quickly every other trackday. a buddy of mine told me they are "rain" knee pucks, but they work out great for me. the normal pucks are way too skinny, and i've eaten through them and dragged leathers.
normal knee pucks:
"mile long" knee pucks
Yea, I originally had the plastic knee pucks that came with my teknic pants and I wore thru them in a day. I got the double thick ones to make sure they would last, I didnt realize that what they make them out of is so much more resilient than plastic. These pucks will last me for the rest of my life, lol
heres a couple shots of the old and new bikes...and the closest thing to an action shot i got.(old helmet) just sold the ninja bout a month back an lovin every second of the GSX-R. had to swap most of my gear. cant ride a bike that nice and not match =P
