Default Low Beam and High Beam

I've had a few PMs from several forum members (and from different forums) about my headlight bulb setup. Both are H7 bulbs. The low beam is a Nokya yellow bulb. The high beam is a PIAA Hyper White bulb. Both claim to output 55W from a 35W input (or something to that effect). I'm going to replace the PIAA with a true HID xenon bulb and ballast setup next year.

Maybe a little squidly, I know. But there's at least some function over form in that the yellow bulb can penetrate fog and rain better than a traditional clear bulb.

It isn't that bad. I have had him on the bike riding behind me and it doesn't bother me.

I lowered the high beam about an eighth of a turn. It just wasn't even coming close to the road to be functional.

Less than $200 for a signal bulb, often times less than $150. I'm just going to do the high beam bulb so I have some control on when I need that extra light.
