Default My FZ600 Project Pics - Stage 3

You can see stage 1 and 2 here: New Pics of my 1988 FZ600!!!

I decided to go for it and paint the wheels. Also, everyone really didn't like the blue muffler, and I finally came around and decided it needed to be black also. So here it is, with nice new reflective vinyl decals.

Thanks. I really don't regret buying it. It is turning out to be a great first bike for me.

Yea, that seems to be what everyone is saying about the FZ6 or FZ1.

Keep in mind that my bike is from 1988 though. The newer FZ6 and FZ1 are a totally different animal.

True, but the opinions are the same for all years.

What is everyone saying about the FZs? I wouldn't list the FZ6 as a good beginner's bike, and DEFINITELY NOT the FZ1.

That's a sweet looking bike man!

I love the looks of those old FZs. Would love to get one someday. I'd say your's is now a PERFECT example of what I'd want mine to look like. Good work!

I agree with you. My old 600 here has only about 55hp. The new FZ6 is more than twice that.

Now all you have to do is take the fairings off, and paint the rest of it flat black.

And your FZ has more than 55. It probably has around 75-80.
