I have a sportbikecam.com mount on my tank (which you can see on their site) and I also have a peg mount like they have, but I built my own. Same location as theirs, but mine is "Monster Garage" style. I also have a wireless pinhole camera that I'm going to mount on a stick like the guy who had the "deathstick cam" thing a couple of years ago. Then I can mount the cam off the bike and get a lot of the bike in the shot.

I don't remember the name of them but it's this little bullet cam that you can mount anywhere. He used to be able to move it around almost anywhere on it. Really nice set up.
Here's an example of the VIDEO with the bullet cam. Make sure to right click "save as"

Those bullet cams are outrageous. You can get a pinhole camera on ebay for like $20 or $30 shipped. Not as small, but also not $150.

Bullet cam, high gain microphone, little PVR. Camera velcros under the headlights underside of the fairing under the ram air tubes.
Rest wiring goes into the trunk where the microphone and PVR are.. gets good sound in there....
