Default doing ohlins r&t on my o3 r6

hello all.

going to do ohlins r&t conversion on my 03r6 by using ohlins forks and attack tripples made for 04-06 r1 with a new set of radial calipers (not decided on exact pair yet,) brembo rsc master and attack clipons
on my (already on) carrozzeria wheels with galfer waves rotors

have a few questions

is this do-able?
can i use my wheel (r1 and r6 spacer, hub, axle the same?)
can still use my rotors even though I will need to use radial calipers?
anybody ever do this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

(yes I already know about internals, have racetechs, I know this project is pricey,)

I would imagine you would have to use the r1 wheel if you want direct fit of the wheels unless the rotor spacing is the same. If the wheel is the same but rotor is different you can just buy new rotors. The eaisiest way would be to get the wheel that matches the front end if it is differnt though. Otherwise yes you would have to have to have wheel spacers made and possible a hub ring spacer to mount the rotors. Are you going to take it on yourself or have someone else do it?

well I am having a shop do it. but the main question I have is if the stem from an r1 will fit my r6.

wheel:
I spoke to mark at carrozzeria today and he told me that the best and cheapest (if it is considered cheap lol) would be to get custom spacers machined.

so the only question I have is if the stem from an r1 will fit my r6 and which year will fit.

Decided on the calipers (brembo hp)

I would imagine the R1 stem will work assuming the length from top to bottom is close enough to tighten and without any end play(wobble). You may have to change the bearings and the bearing race to r1 stuff or races that fit your frame but the r1 bearings but, the "stem" is really secondary.
