Default Foot Peg Signals?

I did a search but nothing came up, but i was wondering if they make turn signals in the passenger foot pegs? Ive been tring to think of good ways to get rid of the ugly mass of lights on my cbr and thought this would be nice for turn signals but never seen them.

Tripage does make some blinky led's for pegs but I wouldn't really qualify them as signals....I dunno perhaps you could rig em up that way though

They look great and Tripage does great work - very professional. You can specify the number and color of the LEDs, so you could do some amber for turns, and some red for running and/or brake.

LEDs in foot pegs 3 - Putfile.com

LEDs in foot pegs 4 - Putfile.com

tripageled.com

He went with some amber and some red.

These are some links to Putfile. This is a buddy of mine and I have seen his in person. I like them as additional visibility, but I would want a lot more LEDs if I was *only* going to have turns in my passenger pegs.

Tri did mine, jus wish I had paid the extra cash to have them powder-coated as well. They look great and my buds that ride behind me say that they highly visible in the daylight as well. Great dealing with Tri too, he keeps you well informed and answers any questions you have in a timely manner.

Good write up, Not to hijack the thread, but im wanting to do this to an 02 f4i for my brake lights. What would be different? I'v got a hotbodies undertail, that the difference between running lights and brake lights is very hard to tell the difference so i want the Led's to come on when applying brakes only. Any help??

The only differance between turns and brakes would be where the LEDs connected. You'd still need to work out the LEDs and resisters, etc. . . but the process would be identical.
