Default Sprocket and chain combo

I was looking at the sprocket and chain combo's on kneedraggers.com and was wondering what is a good brand to go with?

if you want longevity from the rear sprocket don't get a regular Vortex sprocket.
they have a new one that is supposed to last longer.
I have a Driven sprocket. It has about 8k miles on it. and the anodizing isn't even worn down yet. it's wearing as well as a steel sprocket. Driven is making some great stuff.

I prefer to buy the stuff separate.
but stick with the brand names.
driven, afam, Renthal etc.
and chains, DID, RK, EK, Regina etc. you will want at the very least a O-ring chain.

I'm using a Renthal front, Driven rear, and a RK x-ring chain.

try shopping around before you buy too. Kneedraggers sometimes is the most expensive online vendor.

what is your typical use with the bike? every day riding do you race or stunt?

Vortex and Driven sprockets are really good. A lot of people i know have Vortex Sprockets. Chains i would recommend RK X-Ring change

Do you know your stock size?

KneeDraggers has all their stuff at MSRP or 5% below. If you want great prices hit me up.

Stock 45/17 Links: 114

so you'll want 48/16 for starting out. You don't want to do stunt sprockets yet until you get the hang of wheelies and balance. You might have to get your chain extended to 120 links to fit.

If you don't want to put work into the chain you can just do -1 on the front. or do +3 rear. Its easier to do the front sprocket.

I'm assuming you're just starting out. Stunt rear sprockets start at 55 to 74. If you want something bigger let me know.

Did you get Crash cage and 12 bar for the bike yet?
