Default Does lowering bike require preload change?

I just lowered my 08 250R, and was wondering if the preload needs to be adjusted now. I would assume it's on the lightest setting as I'm 5'2" 150. If it is on the lightest setting, there would be no room for adjustment anyway correct? I haven't ridden it yet after lowering it, so I have no clue how it rides. Anyone with experience in this area? Thanks.

The only thing i would adjust is the front forks so that your bike is back into geometry, lowering the bike will change out it handles. You won't have to adjust the rear shock though

So are the shocks adjustable on an 08 250R?

congrats with the 250 '08... nice looking bike. I have one here in the garage.

I can't see that bike getting any lower though.

You have pictures?

Yeah, I used 1.5" lowering links, and it's perfect now. Here's a pic.
