Question Jardin RT One

I just got this new exhaust for my CBR and it is amazing the looks and the feel of it. It matches my bike perfectly. One problem though... its loud as hell. Is there some way, any way I can quiet this thing down just a bit. The sound doesnt really bother me personally I'm just thinking of all the unwanted attention I will be receiving. One things for sure though is when I'm on that busy beltway you will hear me coming, which is always a good thing. And no more sneaking out of the house for late night rides on Route 50.

Call Jardine and ask if they have an insert for the RT-One to baffle it down a bit. I run an open RT-One on my race bike and I L O V E the sound. But then again, I dont ride it on the street much.. and it would get a lot of attention.

I looked on the Jardine site and couldn't find anything like a dB reducer insert or similar, but as mentioned, a call might turn up something different.

And cars won't really hear you coming when they're driving on the freeway. They'll hear you when you're fixing to pass their rear fender and that's about it...

I run a Ti RT-One setup on the RC. It's actually quieter than I thought it was gonna be, but I guess that's cause I was used to the raucous bark that my old Aprilia had with some Renegade cans. Damn that bike sounded mean...

There are 4 bikes in town with RT-One's on them that I am around pretty regularly.. 3 Triumph 675's and one CBR600RR. My bike with no catalytic converter or flapper valve is the only one that's "obnoxiously loud". The others have a very deep, comforting bellow compared to the stock exhaust, but I wouldn't call it 'loud' by any means.. at least not below 10k RPM.

Maybe they forgot to put packing in yours (and if so... you wanna swap? LOL)
