the frame and forks would take FOREVER lol.

The frame down the bottom near the rear sets is cast and has bumps all over it (its meant to be like that) so I'd have to smooth that out first which would take ages also.

A sander you can dip in water would kickass.

As for sanding wheels i wouldnt do it on anything big and flat but for the grab rails it would have been handy.

I only use the wheels on cast parts and welds.




and if i were you i would def do the frame it would look badass.

Hey, I finally polished my frame. I will take pics, started the swing arm, but after a whole day doing he frame shit i was tired man.

I didn't read all posts but what I use to polish anything from motorcycles to airplanes to horse stuff is jewelers rouge and a soft cloth like a diaper or if you do it with a buffer/polisher make sure you use a low to medium speed it will keep from burning the metal, sounds funny but its true.

Mine needs to be retouched.. startign to get some lines and swirl marks from cleaning. My whole frame / swingarm has been done. The rims are aftermarket RC Daytona rims not a polished stock.
