Need a Few Suggestions/Opinions...
Hey guys and gals.
I've got an 02 Ninja 250. I've done quite a bit to it, and I really like the bike. HOWEVER, there is one thing that I'm not a fan of at all on the bike.
The bike is the Kawasaki green color, and the bottom front fairing is fricken DARK PURPLE in color. I really, REALLY don't like it at all.
So, what would you guys suggest that I do to make it look better??
Some of the options that I thought of were:
A. Have it painted the same color green as the bike. Probably the most expensive option because I don't know how to exactly color match the paint.
B. Have it painted black. I can pretty easily do this myself with just a rattle can and it should come out better than the purple.
C. Get some kind of checkered flag graphic to put over the purple somewhat like the older ZX-7Rs.
Which option do you guys like the best, or, do you have any other suggestions???

Sportbike: chromed out TURBO VESPA w/NOS & a 12-bar, and strobes!!!
some paint shops will color match the paint for you and put it in a spray can. that'll probably look the best, and you can do it urself. Granted I dont know how much that will cost, so you may have to ask around ur local autobody shops.

Hmmm...I may have to do that. What do I do, just take the bike there and they scan the paint somehow??
Or will they just assume it's original Kawa green (which I'm not sure if it is or not) and give me that??

yea, the shop will either scan the color somehow, or look up that paint code number (with a catalog or call kawi)
