Default Beginning A CBR F3 Retransformation

So I just bought a 98 CBR 600 F3. Bike is in great shape mechanically, being as the prior owner was a mechanic, recently resealed the entire motor as well as forks. The bike however is is need of some major cosmetic work. Whole new fairing set, and cluster shrouding/cover thing, maybe a new seat (can probably take care of that myself with a day to myself with a welder, band saw and other tools/materials) I've been looking into retailers that still have fairing lines available for the f3, or mods that fit as well. In another forum I saw a very well done F4i fairing transplant to an F3 like mine. Airtech however has my interest mostly as they have a fairing set based off the 1998 Camel Joe bike with a nifty new tail section.

After getting the fairings, Is where I need most of the advice. I plan on doing the gruntwork if not the whole paintjob myself. I have a Craftsmen 5hp compressor available to me and an auto paint attachment as well. I am pretty decent with custom paint stuff on vehicles so I can't fathom a bike being much different, but assuming usually leads to complications. Paint scheme is going to be based off my Icon Hooligan Crest jacket (black/grey with red decals)

The electrical setup is also probably gonna require some hand holding. I have beginner level electrical experience, and what I'm looking to do wont be that elaborate. Glassed HID headlight as well as flush glassed LED turn signals mounted in the front and a flush glassed brake light and turn signals in the rear.

If anyone has knowledge pertaining to any of the work I plan to do and can point me in the way of RELIABLE retailers/resources I'd greatly appreciate it

glass covered in addition to the headlight itself so as to keep one smooth surface. i could be using the wrong terminology so correct me if i am. It seems most stock bikes i see have the headlights just recessed into a spot on the bike that flows with the lines but those are newer bikes with a lot more bird of prey type look IMO. So with the f3's rounder lines I figured I would add features that would be covered by glass or plexiglass or whatever material suits the bill to keep the lines uninterrupted.
