Default Velocity stacks?

Does anybody have an opinion on velocity stacks? Are they worth the money? What is needed to really utilize them? Any help would be appreciated.

Never seen a carb that didn't benefit from a velocity stack. No idea about throttlebodies....Id imagine it'd help out as well but probably not as substantially.

But in something as purpose-built and meticulously tuned as a modern SS bike, I wouldn't put my dollars down unless they were equally well thought-out and proven. Many, many fine details were put into the airbox design on most bikes and you can't go screwing with them without the bike reminding you of this.
