Default removing stock bar ends?

I got new bar ends, but I can't get the stock thing that's inside the bar off for some reason. I see no way that it could be done.....it's a 95 honda F3 if that helps.....ideas?

on my stock bars, the nuts were a part of the bars (no pun intended) - you probably have to buy bar ends that are specifically made for your bike.

on my bike there were screws that held mine in. I had to drill out the center of the screws and the ends slid off then I just got a pair of pliers and twisted the rest of the screw out and put the new ones on

bolt and nut that will thread into the bar end anchor. screw in bolt, tighten nut against the anchor, remove anchor.

repeat on the other side.

I'm telling you drill out the center of the bolt/screw/hex thats holding in on there. the cap will slide right off. then get a pair of pliars and twist the "stud" off. its a easy process can be done in like 10 mins both sides everything put on.

so the issue is that the new bar end anchor can't install with the old anchor, and i can't use the old anchor because the threads are different between the two and i can't just swap out the screws because the bar ends are different sizes and lengths.

if u have 2 different threads just drill out the new bar end and use a long bolt the size thread that actualy goes into the handle bar itself when u tighten it the new end caps will stay in place
