Suzuki rf600r engine swap
I own a 1994 Suzuki rf 600r , and I want to swap the current engine with a newer 900 or 1000 eng. Fuel injet or carbed, but I don't know what eng will fit the frame with the least amount of mods. Can any one give me an idea or tell me where to look. Or is this just a bad idea. HELP I NEED MORE POWER. But I love the bike and I don't want to sell I want to customize it. thanks

I used to have an RF600. Very cool bike for it's age.
I doubt you'll find an engine that will swap right into it. Your best option would be to look for an RF900 engine. It might not work either, but I imagine that's your best bet.

who is hybrid? Is that his user name? Yea I was thinking that a rf 900 eng or a gsxr eng from around that year would be a good fit. We will see what I can find out from hybrid.

quick question
Hi I own a 95 rf600r and I noticed your thread on swapping motors on your rf600 and I was wondering if there is any other Suzuki's that will fit because I'm just having hell finding mods for mine.
Thanks, Scott H.

turn signals into the brake lights?
i did that. you need one of these:
While we find your parts, please enter your ZIP Code at PartsAmerica.com
this will allow the turn signal to blink when the brake is pushed.

I am still out here, I just bounce around trying to find more ways to hook up my RF. Anyway I did not do the swap to the 900 I just had my frame powder coated and polished a few things. I am having an issue with my rear brake system it won't build pressure (while bleeding the brakes) I think the master cylinder needs to be rebuilt . I did bleed the system for about 45min .Any body think it could be somthing else.
