Custom decals

I need to know of someone that does cheap custom decals. I need something to use as a stencil for painting so the decal won't be staying on...and the cheaper, the better.

If your doing something smaller than 8 1/2 X 11, you can make your own stencil on paper like this. Make it on your computer, print it out, cut out the stencil. Its sticky back paper, but also removable.

i tried to cut it out myself last night on some contact paper and some of the lines are too thin
