Default Head stay on a '99 zx6r

I want to lower my zx6r. I dropped it 2 in the rear but i can only lower the front about half an inch because that stupid head stay is in the way. Any suggestions?

the fairing stay? that goes up over the handle bars?

Just keep the front end high it will make your wheelies come up easiers.
