Default Exhaust question...

I recently moved from Florida to Arizona. In Fl. there were no emissions tests for any vehicle. Here in Az. I found out that some vehicles require it. My question is based on the fact that I have a D&D slip-on installed on my 2002 F4i. I was wondering if anyone knew if only a slip-on would cause me any problems passing an emissions test? Any inputs are greatly appreciated.

i'm not positve but i'm pretty sure it wont effect anything at all since the exhaust already went through all the sensors and the cat. the can just keeps back pressure and muffles the sound
