Default Dense foam...

Drunk and rabid I am...

Seriously...

I took off the seat cover and foam on my F2...and I may shave the foam to where the seat sits lower or better yet...

What type of foam is it that comes on say the new R1's?

I know it's more dense and must have some type of sealant on it.

What...where...?

Thanks

NM...got it figured out. Just going to trim the stock foam, recover it for now.

I'll be sitting about 3 inches lower in the bike which is cool...feels more like sitting in the bike not on top of it.

Fender Eliminator kit, mini turn signals...and my Scorp Slip-on.

I'll post some pics tomorrow of the progress for anyone interested.

For the record its called EVA foam.

Its made in flat sections and rolled up. You cut and sand it to shape and glue it directly to the SUPERBIKE TAIL.

Take a electric knife to your stocker. That's what motocrossers do.

you can also use a die grinder with a wire wheel on it to trim the foam.

'ppreciate the info...

Eva Foam...hmm...

Think I'll take an electric carving knife to my stocker foam....

Used to work in a bike shop and 80% of what we did was make seats, prep Goldwings for painting...an clean carbs that had been left full of gas over the winter.

1. Get the Scorpion on

2. Get the Fender Elim kit and mini signals working

3. Then I'll **** with the seat...
