Default Help me mod my 01 GSX 750

If you could please tell me what mods can I do to my 01 GSXR 750 to get the most out of it? I was thinking of changing the filters and putting a TRE with a Full Exhaust System on it. With a PC3 USB. Aslo thinking about changing the sprockets -1 front (16) and +2 (44) back. please give me some feed back and let me know what you think and what you have done to your bike.

I had an 01 gsxr 750 and went w/-1/+2 had the pc and I liked it. I would upgrade the brakelines w/some ss lines and upgrade the brakepads.

You might also want to add some framesliders.

I'd get some polish for the frame & swingarm, then call it good. ;)

May I suggest suspension and braking before engine mods?? I went this route with K1 (600) because there is plenty of power already, but controlling that power is most important.

Ohlins, makes internals for forks and a Brembo front calipers/rotors kit is the shit. Then, I would suggest a -1 +2 520 conversion, more acceleration out of corners. I did this a month ago and loved it.

Thanks, I spent 8 months bringing her back from the dead. I did goodridge brake lines and Galfer brake pads (the Brembo kits are $1000 - $1400 for everything). I was planning on the Brembo, but then went out and got a 2007 front end (everything ) and start install Monday.

www.oppracing.com has the Brembo HP kits and other goodies.

I have a Ti-Force full exhaust system, velocity stacks, timing retarder, BMC Race Air Filter and Power Commander. The bike is going in for tuning/dyno sometime this coming week since I just put on the velocity stacks and BMC Race Filter. The bike is painted Daytona Blue(350Z blue) and has carbon fiber windscreen, front fender, rear, hugger and chicane mirrors. I need to get a digital camera.
