Default Need pix of steering damper installs on early model Kawi bikes

I have a 7 position adjustable damper to put on my bike, but I wanted to see how these have been installed on early model Kawi bikes like mine ('81 KZ550)or the GPz series bikes (pre Ninja). Can anyone help???

After much searching on Google I found a fair amount of steering damper installs on older bikes & how to install the style I have.

Nice job on your bike, I've looked at the pics on the link in your sig. I'd like to find an old bike and do what you've done

Thanks very much for the complement and visiting my site too!
I've put a lot of time & effort into researching different parts & upgrades for it. All & all it turns heads now and I'm not even close to finished with it yet. It's going to be one hell of a mutt, but it will be my evil brain child. Not another one like it anywhere. Something to be proud of when I'm done...

Recently I picked up a laundry list of parts to install once the weather calms down a bit here in PA:
- '82 GPz550 rear swing arm w/ mono shock
- '82 GPz550 front wheel w/ dual brake rotors
- '82 GPz550 rear wheel w/ single brake rotor
- '81 GPz550 rear brake arm
- '81 GPz550 shift rod & linkage
- DynaTek upgraded ignition
- DynaTek high energy coil packs
- NHK steering damper

Coming soon:
stainless braided brake lines
full rebuild & regasket of spare motor
new clutch pack
new speedo & tach cables
new brake & clutch cables
and possible clip-on bars
