Default Cold starting

I have a 2001 GSX-R600 w/ 15k on it. Got the bike about 1k ago. The bike had a full service on it about 2k ago including valves, injector cleaning, the works. When i first got the bike it would start fine in the morning, idle a little loppy for a 30 secs or so when smooth out and run great at about 95 degrees or higher so. 2000k later i need to use the choke to keep it running for the first minute or untill about 100 degrees in the morning. I live in arizona right now and it is nowhere near cold in the mornings but we are in monsoon season so it is pretty humid. Could this issue be do to temp/environmental factors? i just find it strange that it runs rough in the mornings compared to when i first got the bike.
