Default Harris grips review.

Product description: -Dense molecular structure absorbs and neutralizes vibration
-Long lasting aerospace material
-Colorful logo designs
-Durable and not subject to cracking.
-Remains soft even in sub-zero temperatures.
-Buttressed inner flange to support the hand.

Review: I just happend to be searching around Ebay for some Hayabusa items when I came across these Harris grips. I wasn't really looking for a better than stock pair of grips, but I got to looking at them and thought that they would at least add to the overall look of my bike. The have a carbon fiber look to them that matches the trim around my gauges pretty close. The Busa logo on the grips is more of a red color, but it is close enough to still look pretty decent. Different grips are available to match different bikes.

Install was easy and very straight forward. Once I had the grips installed, I took them for a ride. The grips seemed to be just a little more spongy that the original grips that came on my bike. I really couldn't tell that much of a difference than stock though while riding. I have felt grips at motorcycle shops that would absorb vibration better and that were more spongy. I never had any problem with the original grips, so I din't buy these to ease my aching hands. If you are wanting a more comfortable grip than stock, then these grips might not suit your needs. If you're just wanting to add a little visual flare to your bike, then these might just do the trick.

Pros: Improved looks over the plain stock grips. Maybe a slightly better feel than originals. Many differen logo colors and manufactuers logos to go with many different kind of bikes.

Con's: The only downside to these grips is that there seems to be a very slight length difference between the way these fit and how the stock grips fit. The gap between the inner edge of the Harris grips and the switch boxes on the clip-ons is about 1/8 inch more than the original grips. Not really that big of a deal, but slightly noticable.

Compared to: Only compared these to the original equipment Suzuki grips that came on my bike.

Pruchas price: Approx. $15-$20
Available to purchase from: Ebay or your local bike shop

Quality score would be 8
Ease of install would be 9
I would rate this 4 out of 5 stars.

Did they feel thicker in your hands? I noticed that on my RC51 they seemed to feel thicker in the hands, which was cool for me cause i have large hands.

Thickness really didn't feel any different for me. I din't notice them being any bigger around than the originals.
