Paypal dispute after not recieving what I payed for.......
8/24/2008 11:06 PDT - Buyer: I sent payment almost a month ago, and haven't received item, nor heard back from this guy after several attempts to contact him.
8/24/2008 18:50 PDT - Seller: dont no why he sent me payment bc i havent sold this guy nothin nor have we communicated in the past over him buying anything from me, he doesnt have any proof nor when he sent the money it didnt state what the money he sent to me was for, so i feel no refund is required bc he doesnt have no proof for why he sent money to me.

8/25/2008 04:40 PDT - Seller: i never discussed or agreed on sellin u any gsxr rims off any website, i dont even own a suzuki motorcycle, dont no what kind of conversations u have but it wasnt me u where talkin to or dealin with, i think u made a mistake in sendin you your money to the wrong paypal bc in my books or records i have nothin u pay pal me money for some rims u sent to me, even when u sent me money u didnt even say what the money for so how should i no and plus it was a non reciept, i have been a pay pal for a long time and never sold anything from a gsxr so it couldnt be me
8/25/2008 05:06 PDT - Buyer: I have private messenger conversations from this seller indicating a purchase of a set of rims for a motorcycle. I submitted payment and never recieved rims. It's evident I sent my money, and he's claiming he never had these conversations with me....his username is almost identical on this other site also. I can provide the conversations by copying and pasting....or even better can provide my account username and password from this site and someone can log in and read firsthand. Im not going to send $375 to someone just out the blue to do it. yes, that's not your paypal addy anymore...due to after the dispute, paypal shut the account down. that's what happens when you have an account and are disputed. This paypal account has your name on it...which is Darnell McCarver.....I can pull up the account, and post the information on it. Just because they shut it down on you....doesn't mean it still can't be accessed for information purposes....I was looking at the information earlier today. You can't deny it bro....you screwed up.
You can't start another paypal account with another email addy...which is almost identical to the previous....and think everyone is gonna believe you that this one didn't exist.
