Up for sale is a SUZUKI KATANA GSX 600 D & D Carbon Fiber Slip on Pipe/Exhaust. I am selling this becuase I sold my katana for over 2 years and really have no need for it. This is a very attractive carbon fiber slip on pipe. I believe it is the priciest slip on D & D makes. I purchased it from JCmotors 2 1/2 years ago for around $330 + Shipping, the same as the going rate on EBAY today. The pipe was used for approximately 2,000 miles and is in 9/10 condition. The only minor flaw I can see is on the inside of the chrome pipe (not carbon fiber can and not visible when mounted) where you bolt the pipe to the canister there is a place where it was not mounted tight enough initially and fumes shot out marking the chrome (soot). Im almost positive this would come out with some easy cleaning and I may be able to get it off when I disassemble the pipe for shipment. I beileve this fits 97-06 katanas, according to online sources. My katana was an 02'. I do not guarantee it will fit any other models than the 02' as this is the only ive used it on. There is no road rash on the pipe and it has never touched pavement. D & D has been known for making pipes with "BIG TEXAS SOUND". You will be heard if you have this pipe, it sounds very nice in my and others opinion. What you will be getting with this auction is the chrome mid pipe, carbon fiber canister, and band which attaches pipe to canister. This pipe is said to reduce overall weight and increase horsepower. Price is $250.00 which will includes shipping. I will consider reasonable offers. Do not be skeptical about my low post count.
