ok, so whenever i have stuff for sale i kinda rotate which forums i post stuff. since i haven't sold anything on here, i figured i would give y'all the first shot.
i have a CMMG M-4 for sale, brand new, never been fired. it has a flat top upper with flip-up rear back-up iron sight (BUIS), M-4 collapsable stock, and comes with one 30rd mag (w/magpul follower) in the wrapper.
if you are in a BAN state, sorry, can't sell it to you. if you're not sure, please do your research first. also, since some here don't know firearms laws very well, this rifle must be shipped to an FFL dealer or i will consider a FTF in AL provided you give me a copy of your DL.
i received this rifle in a trade and the price on it was $900 so i would like to get $800 for it shipped to your FFL.
i have a paypal account but i would prefer a money order.

I'm having problem finding a ffl that isnt going to rape me. I tried 10 different ones off of gunbroker and going to visit one tomorrow.
would do 2 shipments upper and lower separate? would that make it legal. I see alot advertised that way.

The lower is the actual "firearm" in an AR. You can mail an upper to anyone, but the lower has to go to an FFL.

yeah, i can separate if you want both. it's becoming harder and harder to find a good dealer now a days. what's so fucking hard about taking 10 minutes to make $20-$30. i 've met some dealers that are cool and only charge a few bucks and then you have the assholes out there that charge you $50 + sales tax on whatever you're buying!

it isn't marked on the barrel so i'm assuming it's a 1-9". i know, if it was a 1-7" it would be more desirable.
