Laws Run Amok
If alcohol were not a stimulant and anti-depressant, then nobody would drink it. Who wants to drink a depressant?

Key word: MODERATION.

The biggest danger of alcohol is the same as any other antidepressant, which are all vaso-constrictors, which causes an increase in the stimulant neurotransmitter seratonin. This causes heart attacks and strokes.

Manufactured alcohol beverages are not required to list ingredients unlike all other foods, because they include poisoned tapwater, which includes deadly antidepressants like fluoride and Prozac, and deadly chemicals like calcium-phosphate, causing hardening of the arteries and kidney failure.

You are contridicting yourself here. First, you say 99% of DUI arrests are from speeding, then you say speeding is a proof of sobriety?? Make up your mind! Btw, it doesnt take more skill to drive fast, all it takes is a heavy right foot.

Ive had both, DUI's for excessive speed, and DUI's for speed under the speed limit.

Welcome to SBN!!

Welcome to the interweb and everyone's right to their own wacky beliefs.

Try not to resurrect too many of dealsgapdragon's old threads.

Read the sickies in the new riders forum section for some great input on a first street bike.

If driving below or at the posted speed limit is strange then why not UP THE ANTE?

It really blows my mind that the speed limit on our Capital Beltway (495) is 55MPH....You will get ass raped if you drive anywhere close to that speed. The pace of traffic is at about 80MPH

yeah chattanooga is bad for pulling you over for no reason other than a bunch of power tripping cops I know 1st hand, my dad was a chattanooga cop and my uncle still is and I know alot of them, I even got pulled over and written a ticket a few weeks back for doing 1MPH over the speed limit, and charged 194 dollars for the ticket, its my 1st speeding ticket/moving violation in over ten years. Its all about revenue generation here in TN. and no one can argue otherwise though you can try you'll just be spit on.

the strange part is driving in the left lane that far below the speed limit, it is a rule of thumb that the left lane is the passing lane and the right lane is the driving lane.

why is the tittle of your post "arrested for driving 25 in a 35 zone?"
the defendant was "arrested" for poss. of narcotics. the traffic violation is the reason for the vehicle to be stopped......just getting a little tired of the police bashing going on here lately
