for once we agree, who's actually gonna get out of the car and face a guy smashing on your car with a bat for no reason? I know i wouldnt unless i "was in fear for my life" then you can stick a gun in their face, but i dont know if you'd even get the chance to do that if you got out haha

some people have feelings that get hurt easily. I simply say it may be a case of sandivaginitis.....go to the doctor. It sounds like sound paper when you walk.

Pretty sure that lady had a kid in the car from what I remember hearing about the vid.
If so, you could claim self defense. And honestly I think the police, the judge, and the jury is going to side with the driver regardless. No one like a homeless violent crack head with a weapon.

realistically, you'd have to prove that this man was directly threatening your life. Not your Vehicle, not your health, but your life. It's very tough to get away with shooting someone legally nowadays, look at iraq...soldiers being arrested and tried for killing iraqis in war time. Tough to justify killing someone here out of self defense
