Ok this has been on my mind for about 2 weeks. Finally had time to add it. Ever have a situation where a cops around and you see an almost felonious crime and he just blows it off?
Here is mine.
Im riding from my house-Getting on the access road. Well along that access are road houses.
I'm riding and there's a cop behind me, no problem-im good. But here comes this asshat riding along the edge of the street against the one way with a kid on the gas tank and im like "oh he is so busted".
Nothing! The cop did nothing, he like totally missed it. Im venting and pointing raising steam in my helmet and the cop just keeps going.
So maybe it was a Harley, but for someone to give thier kid a ride on a motorcycle, with no helmet, no protection, going down a one way is just idiotic!
Ok so im thinking "its a one time thing, maybe the dude will not do it again realizing he lucked out" Fuck no. 2 weeks later, im riding the same road and guess what? Yup-Deja fuckin Vu! same dude, same bike, same kid, same no protection.
Rifuckindiculous!
Im not being anti-cop, im being wtf cop?

Yeah, the ol buzzered was riding at about 20 mph with the kid straddled on the gas tank. The kid was about 3..had that "i have no idea what is going on" look.
He had to have noticed. The stupid exhaust was louder than loud.

maybe he was making a house call, and could not advert his attention to the lame dude on the harley, i have been on many ride alongs with LEO and not always do they run the sirens when attending a call.

Yeah, thats called code 1. no lights, no sirens. Code 3 is everything you can do. I just get sickened by the whole thing of that idiot risking a kids life with a soft head.
I also noticed that when I ride alone, the cops never even run my plates, but once I group up-there seems to be some attention.

You never know a cops intentions, sometimes they are on a call for a more serious concern where it's not wise to run lights/sirens. Sometimes they just don't notice, they're people like anyone else. I'm not trying to make excuses but it's my $.02.
beowulf you should report the guy, chances are the idiot will do it again and get caught. Child endangerment pisses me off to no end.

so tonight i went out to get beer at the local gas station. on my way back i pass an officer on a back road half way pulled out into the road. he actually threw it in reverse to let me in front of him. well my car isn't inspected and isn't registered for some hair brain reason PennDOT has yet to esplain. anyway, so he lights me up i pull over, throw on the over head light and turn the car off. he asks me about my car i tell him what's up
he gives me a citation for my registration being out. what a dick. he could've wrote me $300 in fines and he only gave me a $25 one. ASSHOLE!
