so tonight i went out to get beer at the local gas station. on my way back i pass an officer on a back road half way pulled out into the road. he actually threw it in reverse to let me in front of him. well my car isn't inspected and isn't registered for some hair brain reason PennDOT has yet to esplain. anyway, so he lights me up i pull over, throw on the over head light and turn the car off. he asks me about my car i tell him what's up
he gives me a citation for my registration being out. what a dick. he could've wrote me $300 in fines and he only gave me a $25 one. ASSHOLE!
what an ass only giving you a $25 ticket.
but on the other hand maybe you need to make the initiative to get your car taken care of.

my registration was suspended without my knowledge of their being a problem. i tried to renew it and they told me about it being suspended. i usually have my friend ride me around but he blew up the motor in his audi so i figured i could make it on my own. WRONG.
I once got pulled over by a cop because as I drove by he smelled marijuana. Considering that the windows were rolled up, I've never even smoked a cigarette, much less weed, and that I was doing the speed limit 40mph when I passed him, I literally laughed in his face. I am always respectful to officers, but this time I just couldn't stop laughing, he got upset and wrote me a ticket for loud exhaust. I continued LOL'ing the as he walked back to his car.
This happened in 2000 I think.

that's gay. i hope you really were high for that. it'd suck to laugh that much about getting a ticket while not stoned.
So just wondering, I thought there is no helmet law for you guys. and if the bike was made for two there isnt a law saying you cant ride like that. is there? So why would he stop the guy, just to say that he shouldn't do that cause it's dangerous?

in PA you have to have your M license for two years before you can ride without a cap. still dumb but that's what it is
Yeah, thats called code 1. no lights, no sirens. Code 3 is everything you can do. I just get sickened by the whole thing of that idiot risking a kids life with a soft head.
I also noticed that when I ride alone, the cops never even run my plates, but once I group up-there seems to be some attention.
Explain to me how you would know if a cop ran your plate.

I'm pretty sure that's sarcasim since you got off lightly.
Whymista, considering the mighter then thou attitude 50% of the Marines I came across while in the Air Force, that's about the same or more on average then cocky Police Officers. It's all in the perspective. I shouldn't have to remind you of that.

Nope...
Its only 37 that require juvies wear lids. (something like that anyway) Less for adults. I haven't lived in a state with a helmet law in over a decade.
well, once you complete the msf, you can ride without a helmet immediately.
ask me how i know...
Not sure if I want to hear this story, but go ahead. You do have to have 2 years with the full "M" endorsement before you can stop wearing the helmet in PA. It should be mandatory for everyone to wear one, but then I realize the ones who go 100mph with a bandana on their head, probably aren't the ones worth saving in the first place.
