Default Anyone else Dirt Jump or BMX?

As I am sitting here sick as shit, takin my tylenol with codeine( ) I am wanting to ride real bad. I was just wondering if anyone else was involved in any dirt jumping or bmx? I think i am pretty lucky because we have a city sponsored dirt jump park, and mountain bike trails. We recently got to rebuild the dirt jumps and get paid by the city. But anyway, I ride a Specialized P1, which is a 26" dirt jumper. And just yesterday, I ordered a DK 24" dirt jumper/bmx. I wanted a 20" but i am just too big for them. So, anyone else ride?

i never got into BMX. i used to ride my mountain bike alot, but not nearly as often since i got into motorcycles.
my riding is confined to some trails in a small chunk of woods by my house (i live in the city) and just screwing around doing wheelies or whatever.

i have a Giant hardtail thats taken alot of abuse, but still works just fine.

I use to as a kid back in the 80's. The world has changed so much now, that I wouldn't have a clue where to start, or how the bikes are now. Plus... I'm about a foot taller, and about 130 lbs. heavier. Hell... I'd be lucky to coast down hill on one.

I used to live on my old Diamondback until my knees went south and pedaling became a test in pain tolerance. I've got some awesome trails around here and some awesome roads, so it's a shame I don't anymore, it'd be great training.

As a side note, I've always fucked myself up worse 10x on a bike than a motorcycle. I never wore the first article of protection except some gloves.. I'm surprised I didn't fuck myself up worse...

Water use to spray up on my back leaving a line there. Now, it wouldn't make any further than the crack of my ass, making me look like had an stool accident. I'd have trouble turning too. Due to belly, a 10% turn is about all I could do.
