My friend Pete took my ass to a goth club in NJ last week, i've never been, so i didnt know what to expect, he gave me a friends shirt to wear so i would fit in, i drank in the car to amp myself up and we went in... last week it wasnt as packed as normally but i had a great time... so we went back this week for a huge party so i could get the full effect.
Its actually kinda cool, people are so freaky/different that its the least hostile environment i have ever been in, because everyone is different, everyone is accepting and is willing to talk and/or chill. And the cool part is, there are some cute ass girls there that are (more like me) first timers or there with a friend and are dressed up... last night i met some hot ass little blond in a little school girl outfit... i guess she wanted to come home with me (as im told since i dont remember from once again being so drunk!!!) but when i told her im from CT that wasnt really going to pan out... But yeah, in the end id go back any time, just cool to break that stereotypical view of the people... those that know me what type of bars/clubs i normally go to and my attire, but ill be the first to say that this was, although very very different, a good time. I just need to drink less next time so i remember more of the cool shit i do.

This is his recap of the night
Once again we travel to N.J. Our destination is QXT's. Dave's goal is to get a positive reaction from a punk/goth chick since this is new territory for him. Our car ride is filled with conversations covering everything from Israeli brothels to the existence of God. Yeah I know, weird… We make a "quick" stop at a gas station so Dave can get some grinders. It takes like 15mins, but Dave returns with an extra sandwich so the delay is acceptable. We arrive without incident and Dave decides to have a coke and some Capt M. Equal to at least 6 shots of the Capt's brew. Dave assumes a perch atop a stage (I have a pic of him flipping me off) and surveys the scene. I get on the dance floor and go nuts. Major hangs back a bit before joining the mob. Dave sets his sights on this punky blonde chick in a school girl outfit. Also at this point all that hard liquor hits him like a ton of bricks…which makes him...

24. I ask Dave what he was talking to stage girl about. He looks at me confused and says "What girl?"
25. Dave saying something to at least 2 bills chick and her getting REALLY pissed.
26. Dave: "I was joking! I was joking!"
27. Me: "Dude wtf did you say?!?!?"
28. Dave: "Whatever…" walks away. Me: "?"
29. School girl chick telling Dave "I think I want to go home with you."
30. This is the following conversation that occurred:
Dave: "Well that's great, but I live in CT."
School Girl: "Where's that?"
Dave: "…." (Blink Blink)
Dave: "CT…the fucking STATE."
School Girl: "Oh well I'm from NJ"
Dave: "No shit."
They part ways. (FREAKING BIZZARE, I know)
We take our leave and Dave is having trouble walking. Getting to the car I tell Dave "Dude go sit in the back, your gonna pass the hell out and I need Major to help keep me awake."
Dave: "Yeah yeah, just give me my sandwich." Dave falls into the car and grabs his sandwich.
Some bum asks me for money and Dave starts screaming: "Get the fuck out of here."
After eating his sandwich and lecturing us for about two mins on the positives of passive aggressive "game" he passes out. About 40 mins in I have Major check his pulse to make sure he is not dead. We finally get home, I wake Dave up and he announces that he is feeling refreshed.
I tell him he is an asshole and he needs to get the hell out of my car. With a shit eating grin he stumbles up the stairs to his apartment. I go home and crawl into bed.
All in all a very entertaining night.
