Peregrine Falcon pics for you to clarify if this is him/her...
The pic you have and what i posted make me believe if this is indeed a Peregrine, it might be a youth due to contrast in color scheme. The chest patterns match up, and the beaks look the same/similar except for color, which could be attested to youth. I'm no bird expert.

He is on my neighbor's roof. He was chasing Robins right over our heads then landed over on our neighbors. We live "In" the city so it is strange to see something other than a Robin or Pigeon.

Peregrine's are probably my favorite bird in this area. I believe they actually prefer populated areas, because I have never seen them in my area (very rural here) but I've seen them at suburban places a couple of times. They are very cool looking IMO.
Ohh and nice bike... I can't wait till i get out of college to get one. I want an 05 though, I like the silver engine/frame.

The swing arm is new, the fairing is new, the passenger pegs are new, the heads up is new, the ecu is new, the front brakes are new, the front forks are painted black now (something I want to do to mine)...

"It is a bit hard to tell with the small images, but I'd say with 85% certainty that this is an adult cooper's hawk. The long tail, grey wings and two-tone head all look right for that, as does the orange/white breast. Cooper's are really common among urban settings and they are often found around people's houses - where they pick off birds from bird feeders."

(after sending larger images) "Clearly an adult cooper's hawk. In the image that ends with 413, you can see the red eye. A peregrine falcon has a dark eye and a red-shoulder has a lighter eye that is not red."
