Default Recommended vacation spots on the east coast for a bunch of 20 year old guys...

hey guys,

every year we try to get the old highschool gang together and go on a trip to keep in touch and all that...

we're running out of places to go that we haven't been before...

any suggestions for places on the east coast? (we're from PA) preferibally within a few hour drive...

we usually go to the beach, but clubs get boring... we'd rather have a choice of a lot of stuff to do...

any ideas? cool resorts? something 20 year old guys would do...

a bit out of the hood.... Spring Break at Havasu. or anywhere in Fla.

Havasu is like Top Fuelers gone wild out on water with crazy chicks everywhere. Raft partys with hunderds of boats tied together and you name it going on... Dam I miss Fast Boats...

lol, delaware...

Florida would be cool... the problem always lies in "who's going to drive??!" i have a 00' buick century with 170k on it and i'm worried about driving long distances...seems like the general concensus is florida... anywhere a little closer to PA? specific places...

Wildwood NJ. Great boardwalk, beach, and it has a night life.

VA Beach

Nags Head (or OBX as people like to call it now)

Charleston, SC

Myrtle Beach

Any beach in FL, though if you have money, stay in a high dollar hotel in South Beach. you won't regret it. there's more ass down there than you can imagine! i can recommend a few places if y'all can swing the cash.

Kutztown eh? Hmm, are you guys active? My old '00 Century hauled 4 mountain bikes on the back easily, plus had enough trunk space for four guys. If you want something a little less "clubby" and more physical, try driving up to Killington, Vermont. Good summer mountain biking, you should be able to camp for cheap (leaving more $$$ for beer and whatnot), etc. Hike the Appalachian Trail for a week. Southwest VA (around Blacksburg/Christiansburg area) has some great trails through the Blue Ridge mountaints. You can park, hike down, then get a bus ride back.

If you're just looking to live it up, pick about any beach on the East Coast south of VA Beach. If you like urban areas, Atlanta or DC would be my personal pick. Tons to do for those of legal age or with decent fake IDs. Although the drinking laws in DC are a bit strict these days. But you can't beat a night out in Alexandria, Gtown, or Adams Morgan.
