What annoys you most at the gym?

cardio 2 a days, will help loose faster, but other than a strong diet or resulting to roids you wont loose them really fast.
just jog in mornings and in the evenings when you are done with your work out.

Not cleaning up after yourself.

Anything that just hurts the person and doesn't effect me doesn't bother me.

Yesterday I saw a guy outside smoking befor he came in to workout. I asked him why even come in. He just laughed. I hate the fawkers who have to leave their dumbells all over. If you have the strengh to use it put it away.

This is an annoyance that's pretty isolated....right now I'm at a training base, Ft. Jackson SC for 5 weeks, and there's alot of Army, Marines, and a few Navy and a few Air Force people. I'm easily the biggest/best in shape guy in our school, and people keep asking me if I wanna be a bodybuilder, why did I join the chAir Force. I laugh about it, but it kinda bugs me, not all of us are lazy asses who sit in an office chair all day, some of us do real work. Then I tell them that there is ONE and only one professional bodybuilder who is active duty military, and guess what, he's AIR FORCE! 5'4 225lb David Henry, and he's a class act too, met him a couple times. The muscle magazines call him "The Giant Killer"
