I think the funniest part of all of this is that, as far as I know, she got screwed on this particular deal, although I'm sure she probably does plenty of other stuff deserving jail time.

Witnesses said she only had 1 drink, a magarita, and got KO'd by a cop as soon as she left. Bad luck, but it could happen to anyone weighing 90lbs soaking wet with rocks in your pockets.

She also understood she could drive for work related reasons [normal under these conditions in some cases] and got confused when the cop made her sign that document as to what it exactly meant.

Either way, I'm sure if there was any way out of it she could have bought it. 45 days in the slammer will probably be good for her.

I'm really not trying to Hate, but something about her eyes have always reminded me about someone with Down Syndrome.

Agian I would just like to repeat, I am in no way trying to insult, offend, or make fun of anyone with down sydrome by linking them to a worthless skank like Paris Hilton.

it's so frustrating to see celebrities, pro athletes, etc. get special treatment b/c they are in a different socioeconomic class than the majority of the populous. they aren't well educated, they don't act in a manner that instills morals and values in our children, they should not be role models, i mean WTF??????
