The New Honda Civic, Opinions?

I'm sure these things are going to be selling for a premium considering the projected retail price of gasoline in the next few months... Anybody test drive the Si model yet? Looks pretty hot. Better than the sister RSX, IMO.

oh i see, NinjaDuck.....9 second civic? woo. is it in street trim? did they drive it to the track like it sets? if they can't take it straight to the street then to the track and run 9's, it's not real impressive. things got fiberglass up the wazoo. caged, stripped. if you're impressed by that.


i wonder what full weight is with driver...i'm guessin about 2100?

at $3/gallon for gas, i would take that civic over american muscle any day, unless i was filthy rich.

F*ck that! At least the trunks can accomodate two full-time mechanics that are going to be required to fix the shitbox, eh? My parents, myself, g/f have all had experience w/ Japanese and American cars. You'll never find my name on the title of an American car. Comparitively speaking, American cars are just simpliy not reliable enough. My mother's Dodge Caravan (purchased new) had over 36 warranty repairs in three years.

No, I think American muscle is way better. And when you can't afford to drive it you can exercise your OTHER American Muscles, on the back of a Huffy!
